SALES TRAINING EXPERIENCE.
With an extensive portfolio of sales-training programs, I can help you create home-study and live training to ensure your sales team is up to speed before and after product launch. Moreover, I know what it takes to get sales-training content through the medical-legal review process.
STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT.
I do more than write. I perform gap analyses and environmental scanning and use this information to help clients plan strategy and develop tactics to communicate key messages to target audiences—through publications, KOL identification and development, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer activities, to name a few.
WRITING FOR CONSUMERS AND PROFESSIONALS.
I can write for professionals as well as consumers. In fact, consumer-facing health and medical writing is one of my specialties. I have proven ability to review, interpret, and summarize medical information for lay readers.
COMMITMENT TO ETHICAL STANDARDS.
I adhere to the highest ethical standards and practices in the industry and I advise writers new to the profession to adhere to these standards as well. Read about the standards I follow.
COMMITMENT TO THE PROFESSION.
Becoming a skilled medical writer involves commitment to professional development and an ongoing desire to expand your knowledge base and learn new skills. Consequently, I attend conferences and take online education courses to ensure I give my clients the highest quality services.

In addition, I’m committed to sharing what I know about medical communication with other writers. I am the coauthor of The Accidental Medical Writer and the author of Nude Mice and Other Medical Writing Terms You Need to Know. Check out some other resources I developed:

Here are a few additional trainings I developed and presented:
